Refund Policy

A lot of effort goes in to ensure proper resource deployment to give you a great and quality experience. In case you cancel your tour at the last moment, that effort goes to waste. Hence our cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 24 h prior to the tour: 75% refund or 100% credit, redeemable for up to 1 month from your tour date. If you don’t redeem your credit with us, it will lapse.

Cancellation 3-24 hours prior to the tour: 50% refund or 100% credit, redeemable for up to 1 month from your tour date. If you don’t redeem your credit with us, it will lapse.

Cancellation 0-3 hours prior to the tour OR If you are more than 30 min late for the tour from your allocated time, 0% refund or 100% credit, redeemable upto 1 month from your tour date.

Please note:
1. The credit is not transferable to the taproom.
2. ⁠The credit can be used to purchase meads, honey or merchandise from the meadery directly.
3. ⁠If you don’t redeem your credit within the given time period, it will lapse.
