A lot of effort goes in to ensure proper resource deployment to give you a great and quality experience. In case you cancel your tour at the last moment, that effort goes to waste. Hence our cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation 0-24 hours prior to the tour: 50% refund or 100% credit, redeemable for up to 3 months from your tour date. If you don’t redeem your credit with us, it will lapse.

Cancellation more than 24 h prior to the tour: 75% refund or 100% credit, redeemable for up to 3 months from your tour date. If you don’t redeem your credit with us, it will lapse.
